Storage

Shelf life of mature mangoes is around 2 weeks. Care is taken to serve you with equal quantity of ripened, semi ripened and yet-to-ripen mature fruits.

Ripened fruits- fruits ready to consume

Semi-ripened fruits – fruits that shall take a day or two to ripen

Yet to ripen- mature fruits that shall require around 3 days to 5 days under normal room temperature to completely ripen.

Packaging

Mangoes are packed in corrugated fiber board boxes. Fruits are packed in 2 or 4 layers in carton based on requirement (weight in kgs).

The fruits could be stored in the same packaging under observation, with care and there is no necessity for refrigeration.
